Gut Healing Choc Mint Ice Cream

Serves: 3 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 60 minutes

Ingredients

1 Cup cacao powder (I used ceremonial cacao here)
300ml water
1tbsp broth
4 scoops collagen powder (unflavoured)
400ml coconut milk
4 Drops Peppermint Oil
Pinch of salt
1/2 Cup softened pitted dates

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together.

Freeze for 3-4 hours or over night (it’s a little firmer then regular ice cream so it’s best when you get it out 10mins before you want to eat it to soften it up)
