Nutritional Benefits

Red onion. Red onions are rich in the prebiotics ‘inulin’ & fructo-oligosacharides. Prebiotics are the food for your good gut bacteria (probiotics)

Apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is a great addition to your diet due its abilities to stimulate your hydrochloric acid & bile production which both help breakdown and digest your food properly. It has also shown to be anti-microbial against 3 of the top ‘bad’ bugs which can cause microbiome issues (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida albicans). ACV has also shown to improve blood sugar levels and insulin sensitivity.
